You might even have a sense that something is asking for your attention without fully knowing or understanding what it is. When this happens, the impulse is often to think harder, push forward, stall, or search for quick-fix solutions. And yet, clarity rarely arrives that way.
Clarity takes shape when there is space to slow down and look at what’s happening — without judgement or demand. Beneath the noise, the overthinking, and the pressure to figure everything out, there’s an intelligence moving within you — one that knows far more than you realize. When that intelligence is met with curiosity and care, clarity and direction begin to surface naturally.
Creating that space isn’t always easy. It takes experience, awareness, and trust — and that’s what my intuitive guidance brings. Of all the clairs, claircognizance is my strongest gift, complemented by clairvoyance, clairempathy, clairsentience, clairaudience, and clairintellect. Essentially, this means that intuitive insights often come to me seemingly out of nowhere. Following these insights, I may experience visions, physical sensations, and even hear thoughts and messages tied to these revelations. What's truly remarkable is that when I share what I sense, the words that flow from me can be just as surprising to me as they are to those I'm speaking to. It's like channeling information from a cosmic frequency.

MY JOURNEY
I’ve been a highly sensitive person my entire life. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been deeply connected to the energies around me. I could hear, feel, and see the inner landscapes of others—their unconscious thoughts, feelings, motivations and stories. An energetic pattern would present itself with a narrative attached to it. I’d feel guided to share what I saw to help people move the pieces around to better serve themselves and the world around them. I thought everyone saw what I saw. I thought everyone was connected to their inner landscape and their unconscious. It was only later in life that I realized this is not the case.

This gift served me well in my early years working as an early childhood educator. Children are incredibly connected to Source and their inner truth. Like all of us, what they need and long for is to be seen, heard, guided effectively and with care—guided to stay connected to who they are and learn to thrive in this world authentically, with love and honour. I consider it an honour and a privilege to have had this experience and I find it informs much of the work I do today.

After my time in early childhood education, I decided to pursue a career in design. The understanding of colours, space, and geometry has always come naturally to me. My thought in going back to school was to pursue a career in interior design, but soon into my schooling, I decided to pivot into graphic design, specializing in branding and packaging. I loved my new career. It combined my love for problem-solving, psychology, strategy, and function with colours, space, shapes, textures, and balance—all with the aim of making things beautiful, functional, and effective. Again, I find that the skills I honed during this time shape much the work I do today.

Not long after starting my new career, I moved from Toronto, Canada to Sydney, Australia. It was during my Saturn Return and it was quite a transformative experience. I came back to Canada four years later and decided to step back from the life I had been living. I felt the oncoming of a Dark Night of the Soul—something I was familiar with from my earlier years—and decided to give myself time and space to reevaluate, readjust, and equilibrate. I shed a lot during this time, including losing my beloved dog and a relationship with my partner of eighteen years. I came out of it more aligned with who I am, with a stronger connection to Spirit and my intuitive gifts—I had a Spiritual Awakening.

During my spiritual awakening, I was guided me to start sharing my wisdom and gifts with others. I began with card readings, which led to email readings, then one-on-one Zoom sessions. Most recently, I created a deeply transformative 4-month journey called The Embodied Experience. I also started an Instagram account where I share spiritual downloads, and created a The Curiosity Circle — a discussion group where sensitive and curious souls are able to connect, share ideas, and support one another.

I now call myself an Intuitive Guide because I feel it is my calling to guide people using my intuitive gifts. I guide others to reconnect with themselves—their inner knowing, their truth, and their light. I show them who they are and connect them to what they’re being invited to do during this time in their lives. I show them the light that lives inside of them and how they may use it effectively. I show them how to embrace all that they are, inviting them to bring all parts of themselves out from the shadows. I take what they already know, move those pieces of information around, and present them in new ways of seeing and relating. It transforms them energetically and opens up new pathways.
